Terms of Service

1. The service

MealPlanned is a meal planning tool for households. We provide software that lets you save meals, build weekly plans, track what you've served, and collaborate with household members.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use MealPlanned. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or use MealPlanned on behalf of another person without their consent.

3. Subscriptions and billing

MealPlanned offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription with expanded capabilities.

Premium plans are billed via Stripe, either monthly ($7.99/month) or annually ($79/year). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are not guaranteed. If you have a billing concern, reach out to support@mealplanned.io and we'll do our best to help.

4. Your content

You own the meal data you create in MealPlanned. By using the service, you grant MealPlanned a limited license to store and display your content solely to operate the product. We don't use your meal data for any other purpose.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use MealPlanned to:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Scrape or extract data from the service by automated means
• Interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Violate any applicable law

6. Termination

You may stop using MealPlanned and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@mealplanned.io.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

MealPlanned is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of MealPlanned after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
